Method
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add chopped green chili and stir briefly.
- Add boiled potato cubes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Mix gently until the potatoes are coated with spices.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add amchur powder or lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
